Frequently Asked Questions

Everyone responds differently to grief and loss, but if you feel constantly overwhelmed or unable to cope, it may be time to consider bereavement counselling.

We provide a safe and empathetic environment in which to explore the challenges you are facing. We are here to listen and understand how losing someone or something important is affecting your emotional wellbeing. If you find it difficult to express yourself, we have a wheel of emotions to help you articulate what you are feeling. Using our therapeutic toolbox, we’ll use the most suitable therapies and calming techniques to help resolve your issues. We always work carefully and sensitively, respecting your privacy and the choices you make.

Sessions usually take place weekly or once every two weeks.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
