Meet Hayley

Hayley is a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adheres to their strict ethical framework of values, principles and good practice standards. She has a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and volunteers for a national bereavement charity. Prior to becoming a counsellor, Hayley worked in the NHS primary care system.

Hayley passionately believes that the therapeutic relationship between client and counsellor allows growth and significant shifts in emotions and feelings. She offers a safe and confidential space where you will feel listened to and understood, without judgement.

Hayley uses a range of therapies including Person-centred (PCT), Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in her counselling sessions. There are many types of grief and loss but on this journey together, Hayley can help you regain your sense of self.
